Our Services and Programs

Eagles Nest focuses on helping people cultivate healthy relationships, navigate through trauma and build self-worth.  We offer support, counselling, coaching, facilitated groups and programs at our HOPE Centre.  

All our services are free or a minimal cost. Subsidies are available on a case-by-case basis. Both online and in-person options are available.

Our trained and certified counsellors work with adults, youth and children to address a wide variety of needs.

Coaching

Coaches at Eagles Nest work with adults to help them set goals, give accountability and encourage them to move forward.

Care Network

Our Care Team comes alongside individuals and families who are in difficult situations to provide practical support.

Boundaries Course

Healthy boundaries are essential for a balanced life. This is our most popular course and teaches you when to say yes, how to say no and how to take control of your life.

Emoticon

Emotions are all around us and we need strategies to deal with them well.  Emoticon is a 6-week group program for children to help them understand emotions.

Figuring out who you are is tough.   I Am Worthy is a 10-week group program for young women to explore identity, build support and see the value of others.
