
Boundaries Course
Healthy boundaries are essential for a balanced life. This is our most popular course and teaches you when to say yes, how to say no and how to take control of your life. The course is based on the best-selling book by Drs. Townsend and Cloud and facilitated peer group discussion, going over different scenarios and practicing implementing our new boundaries skills in a safe space. It is offered both online and in-person. From past participants: I have been able to create and maintain boundaries and have stopped taking responsibility for problems that are not my own. I am not feeling as guilty when I say no to people. I am going to use this forever. Safe place to share and feel heard.
